Julie Arbuckle, an experienced investigator, employment law attorney, mediator, and former federal prosecutor, offers workplace investigation services. Services include neutral, fair, thorough and efficient investigation of workplace complaints of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, unfair employment action, abuse of authority, and toxic work environment. Complete assessment of complaint and findings, as well as preparation of written report and witness interview summaries upon request. Testimony at trial upon request.
$400 per hour for all time spent preparing for the investigation, conducting the investigation, and preparing and providing reports, analysis, and/or witness summaries. There is no administration fee.
There is no charge for travel time to and from investigations within 20 miles of North Dallas. Travel time for investigations conducted outside this area is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
A deposit of $3,000 is required prior to commencing the investigation. If the total fee for the investigation (together with preparation and other authorized services) is less than the deposit, the balance will be refunded. If the total fee exceeds the deposit, counsel and/or the client will be invoiced after the investigation.
If a scheduled workplace investigation is cancelled or postponed within 7 days or less before the day of the date scheduled, the canceling or postponing party(ies) will be charged for 2 hours of services, unless the time can be re-booked.
