Complaints include harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, unfair employment action, abuse of authority, and toxic work environment. She provides a complete assessment of the complaint with findings, and will prepare a written report and/or complainant, respondent, and witness interview summaries upon request.
