Julie Arbuckle, a former federal prosecutor, and an experienced employment attorney and workplace investigator, conducts neutral, fair, thorough and efficient investigations of workplace complaints. Complaints include harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, unfair employment action, abuse of authority, and toxic work environment. She provides a complete assessment of the complaint with findings, and will prepare a written report and/or complainant, respondent, and witness interview summaries upon request.
